Below you will find brief highlights of the plans.
Assurant (formally known as Fortis) Plans: All the Fortis plans are fully comprehensive. There are no significant internal limits on any of these plans.
One Deductible Plan
The One Deductible Plan from Assurant is one of the very first qualified high deductible plans available in the individual health market, and it is still an industry leader. The One Deductible Plan is very comprehensive providing RX coverage, mental health coverage, chiropractic, and NO LIMIT ON AMBULANCE! The One Deductible Plan has a wide array of deductible and coinsurance options. Add Secure or Select Solutions integrated ancillary benefits to help your clients achieve peace of mind with a full coverage package. Use HSATools from Assurant as your qualified depository and get debit cards, a checkbook, account and claims history internet access with NO FEES if you auto draft $50 a month into your account.

This High Deductible plan is designed with low premiums in mind. Perfect for your clients who want the tax and retirement benefits of a funded Health Saving Account while maintaining a budget, The RightStart HSA Plan has a non-traditional plan design:
The lifetime Maximum is $2,000,000 per person.
This Qualified High Deductible Health Plan has imbedded individual deductibles.
Deductible options for individuals are $2000, $3000, or $5100 for individuals.
The family deductible is two times the individual deductible and is met collectively by two or more individuals.
Coinsurance options vary with deductible amounts.
There is no annual maximum, but the plan has an annual outpatient maximum of either $15,000 or $25,000 per person per year.
Prescriptions are covered as any other medical expense limited to $2000 per person per year with the option to buy up to the lifetime policy maximum.
Organ transplants are covered to the lifetime policy maximum.
RX card options: $500 or $250 per person per year. Then $10/25.
No limit on ground or air ambulance.
